Had a great experience with Otto and TCB Masonry - needed tuckpointing and new chimney cap, etc. after heavy rains left me with a puddle in the basement and some leakage in the attic - Otto made sure to get the job done before the next rain prediction - crew showed up at 8am saturday - as scheduled, they were quiet, efficient, conscientious about clean up and were done in no time - i actually slept through the whole thing since i work overnight hours and 8am is my bedtime!! From what i can see from the ground it looks really nice, clean and well done - very professional, good price, warranty and detailed account of work done.
