Otto, his crew and wife Lisa were wonderful to work with. I hired him to replace 3 basement windows that were original to the house (86 years old). He ordered the windows on a Friday and was here with his crew on the following Wednesday to install them, in and out in about 5 hours. That included removal and cleanup.
