Otto and his crew are great. Otto assessed the work on my two chimneys, explained what needed to be done, and gave me a fair price. In fact, he was 50% less than another quote I’d been given. Otto knows his business and quoted me only the services I needed (which I really appreciated). Otto and the crew showed up when they said they would, did great work, and cleaned up so well when they were done you wouldn’t know they’d been there - except for my two repaired chimneys that now had new crowns and tuckpointing. and looked great. I trust Otto; he doesn’t try to oversell you, does what he says he’ll do, does it well and stands by his work. I highly recommend him. 5
