TCB Masonry is an awesome company!!! My husband called the owner and the owner called and left a message that afternoon. My husband and him talked, sent pictures of our current chimney and explained what we wanted done. He gave us a quote the very next morning and we agreed to the quote and sent him the deposit the next day. A week and a half later, we have a new chimney that I love. Now, they are in Rockford and we live in Princeton. So it is an hour and forty minutes from where they are. The guys left early in the morning the day they were supposed to get our chimney done and they arrived at my house fifteen minutes earlier than what they said. I loved that! They let me know that they were here and got to work right away. It took them jus in the morning and they were done! Very professional. The owner kept in contact with my husband and informed us what was going on. Plus, when it was all said and done, the owner called that night and wanted to touch base of how the guys worked!!! I highly recommend this company. I thank them so much for coming out and more than satisfied our need. Also, they did above and beyond what they were supposed to do. They were only supposed to replace the chimney, but I guess the base part was a problem and the guys fixed it and took care of it no questions asked. Saved me money and explained why they did it and couldn’t be more grateful and happier. I wish all contractors are like this company!!!! Thank you so much, TCB Masonry!!!!!
